Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end registration projects of offshore funds including collaborating closely with global cross functional team and regulators in Taiwan
• Work with various functions to complete new share launch process
• Lead tasks related to existing products covering necessary changes (including fund repositioning, mergers, closures and other vital products features’ enhancements) with the goal to improve the quality and competitiveness of existing product range
• Maintain accurate product master systems (internal & external) a nd files
• Maintain up-to-date public product offering documents
• Research for market intelligence (e.g., products intelligence and international ESG regulations) to support the strategic initiatives and key stakeholders engagement.
• Support the ongoing product governance setup by providing regular inputs and product analysis to various product related committees
• Additional duties as requested or assigned
  
  

Experience / Knowledge Qualifications And Skills

• Degree holder or equivalent
• At least 4 years of working experiences in the fund management/ wealth management/consultancy industry in product strategy, product development, product management, product specialist area or investment management
• Project management skills is desirable
• Excellent skills in analyzing large amount of data with software/database skills and spreadsheets
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English
• A keen eye for details, particularly in writing reports
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• High intellectual ability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Work efficiently under stress and remain flexible and open to change
