Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and implement strategic product business plan with market, industries and customers targets.
  • Identify opportunities to establish and develop industry partners relationship to increase revenue/margins and pipelines.
  • Optimize the use of resources for the best returns of investment
  • Increase profitability with waste elimination.
  • Develop product portfolio to align with market trends
  • Develop product promotion and commercialization plans including sales tools, literature, training and sampling.
  • Manage product capacity to maximize utilization and market shares
  • Manage product life cycle and obsolete products to maximize assets utilization
  • Manage any other products or related duties as assigned by management
Required

EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor of Engineering or Science or relevant tertiary education.
Preferred
  • Engineering/Science major with Business minor.
Work Experience

REQUIRED:
  • >7 years of relevant experience in product management in electronic industry. PREFERRED:
  • With Sales/Marketing and/or engineering development experience in electronic industry

REQUIRED:
  • Independent, proactive and mature workers with good organizing skills
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented.
  • Interpersonal skills to effectively work all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fast learner in economics of business decision.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills that demonstrate the ability to express ideas, exchange information clearly and concisely.
  • Travel to customers and plants as needed.
Preferred
  • SAP experience. Experience in negotiating and working with electronics market OEMs/ODMs and Contract manufacturers - CMs.
