Your JobThis position support CSBU’s IO products with global reach.Our TeamDevelop and managed existing products to achieve sustainable revenue/margin growth and best return of investments.What You Will Do

• Develop and implement strategic product business plan with market, industries and customers targets.
• Identify opportunities to establish and develop industry partners relationship to increase revenue/margins and pipelines.
• Optimize the use of resources for the best returns of investment.
• Increase profitability with waste elimination.
• Develop product promotion plans including sales tools, literature, training and sampling.
• Manage product capacity to maximize utilization and market shares.
• Manage product life cycle and obsolete products to maximize assets utilization.
• Manage any other products or related duties as assigned by management.

Who You AreRequirements:Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Engineering or Science or relevant tertiary education.
• > 5 years of relevant experience in product management in electronic industry.

• Interpersonal skills to effectively work all internal and external stakeholders.
• Fast learner in economics of business decision.
