Key Responsibilities

• Develop polymer design and process capability.
• Independently execute experiments, collect and analyze data.
• Coordinate pilot scale production process.
• Document experimental results for internal technical reports .
• Create strong relationships with internal/external groups.
• Define and implement technical problem solving methodologies.
  

Qualifications

• At least 3-year experience in polymer processing or filler dispersion is a plus.
• Bachelor degree or above is preferred.
• Major in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Polymer Science.
• Independent researcher as well as team player
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English & Mandarin.
