We are looking for talents with passion in real estate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the company’s project leasing or sales & investment execution on behalf of the asset owners / landlord on a daily basis. Also, he or she will be working closely with CEO to develop new business opportunities for the company.Our company is located in a co-working space in Taipei. we offer an open, friendly and comfortable workplace. The Company:

PROMES is a real estate consultancy company that aims to provide owners with solutions to create their best asset value. Our service involvement has different phases, ranging from initial project development and planning positioning, design optimization, to project leasing / sales investment execution, and final property operation and management consultancy. Our experienced experts will adopt a holistic approach to work with owners’ appointed contractors / service providers to achieve the best asset value by maximising cost and time efficiency. Our services are applicable to office, retail, hotel, logistics and residential assets for the purpose of own use, investment and development.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with CEO to initiate business development activities of existing and new clients.

• Carry out project evaluation and prepare the pitch presentations

• Responsible for leasing or sales project as landlord representative and providing suggested solutions to address owners’ real estate asset issues and meet their requirements.

• Create relevant marketing materials.

• Develop potential clients for landlord projects

Qualifications:

• Graduated in Bachelor’s degree or Master Degree, preferably with at least 1-2 years experience in real estate industry (leasing/sales & investment/consultant/asset management)

• Strong communication skills

• Exceptional presentation skills

• Financial modelling capability is a plus

• Fluency in English is a plus
