What You’ll Do For Us

• Manage day to day logistic operations including ingredient ordering with suppliers, internal and external stakeholders
• Full responsibility on shipment and logistic arrangement, ingredient forecasting and inventory management
• Provide logistic support on both core and innovative products
• Oversee inbound logistic management, inland transportation and warehouse operation
• Support on shipment revenue recognition, COGS management and inventory reconciliation
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders in managing ingredient ordering and timing
• Support HKTMM Logistic Lead in problem solving and issues management
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistic or Accounting
• 5+ years of professional experience in similar positions or function with relevant experience preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain
• Candidate with SAP experience (purchase orders, invoice, master data maintenance)
• Strong communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders in a networked organization
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment; able to multi-task with proven follow-through and adherence to changing priorities and deadlines
• Good written and spoken English and Mandarin
