JOB MISSION:The Assistant Digital applications Manager is responsible to ensure successful delivery of LINE and other eService like online appointment booking, online repair tracking and other customer facing applications. This is a digital CRM position, and this individual should have a holistic understanding of digital CRM ecosystem interdependencies to manage project risks and stakeholders’ expectations.The individual will be responsible for business requirement taking for which he/ she will work closely with Chanel 3 divisions business stakeholders. He/she will be work under IT Manager-Client solution and digital who manage Client solutions domain including CRM, omni-channel retail innovation and customer services in order to support Chanel Taiwan’s omni-channel seamless customer strategy.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Facilitate and conduct meetings/workshops with key stakeholders to uncover and gather business & end user requirements
  • Analyze requirements, create business requirements documentation (BRD) and simple user stories in English, finalize and obtain formal sign-off from approvers
  • Influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
  • Contribute to the development of functional and design specifications together with other relevant teams (e.g. business, design, etc)
  • Ensure scope is controlled, expectations and business objectives are met by new digital/technology solutions
  • Develop business cases
  • Coordinate and develop validation and acceptance criteria, as well as coordinate/perform user acceptance testing efforts, to ensure acceptance of the eventual solution
  • Consult business teams on appropriate change management activities to achieve organizational readiness for the implementation of changes
  • Drive smooth deployment, adoption, and operations of the digital/technology solution
  • Identify and communicate risks and impacts, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment
  • Support post-launch and ongoing enhancement cycle processes
  • Work with Development team to understand and troubleshoot technical issues when needed
  • Undertake root cause analysis for problems, in order to implement preventive and corrective measures to meet business and performance needs
ROLE SPECIFICATIONS:Academic / Professional Qualifications



  • BA or BS
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) a plus, but not necessary
  • Undergraduate Degrees in CRM, digital, Project management or related field
Work Experience



  • At least 7+ years of CRM and LINE experience, ideally including retail/luxury industry projects
  • Experience facilitating and conducting discovery workshops with multi-functional stakeholders in both Chinese and English
  • Experience writing high-quality, clear and concise, detailed business requirement documentation in English
  • Practical knowledge of project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
  • Knowledge of user stories, functional requirements, and human-centered design a plus
