External Description

Develop
next generation Pyralux offering, related technologies & materials
for Rigid CCL.
Explore
new ingredients with chemical functionality that improve product
performance via understanding of customer needs & material
technology.
Investigate
lab to scale up process for new product development
Assists
in research efforts to improve existing products or create new
applications.
Support
manufacturing technology development to speed up product
commercialization.
Provide
training to technician and sales representative.

ExternalQualification

BS
degree and above in Chemical Engineering/Chemistry/Mechanical
Engineering is required.
At
least 3 year experience in rigid board industry and or IC substrate
application is a must.

Experience

in telecom and High speed/high frequency application is a plus.

Experience

in high layer count application and SMT assembly process is a plus.

Experience

in formulation development and DOE experience is a plus
Ability
to work and communicate effectively within the organization.
Independent
researcher, as well as team work is required.
Fluent
in English & Mandarin.
Good
computer proficiency.
Be
able for travel to US and within Asia .
