Main Purpose

To support the development, design and evaluation of new products/projects that meet or exceed customer expectations. We are looking for a candidate with broad and in-depth antenna knowledge with hands-on experience.

Major Responsibilities:

• New product evaluation and development.
• Lead research and development activities to bring new technology and/or design techniques to current and future products.
• Train and mentor engineering staff to improve design process efficiency.
• Support Sales to meet customer requirements and schedules.
• Coordinate R&D and product development activities with engineering teams in the US and Europe.
• Support manufacturing group to optimally bring new designs to production as well as support existing product line production and production test review.
• Antenna and Device RF Performance Testing and specification confirmation.
• Coordinate and work with other company teams/functions to improve process flow.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential

Bachelors degree related to Antenna design or equivalent.

5 years+ relevant work experience in the antenna industry focused on automotive, IoT, consumer electronics, or manufacturing is preferable.

Good command of English; good communication and intercultural skills.

Software evaluation/RF design/ Semiconductor experience

Antenna simulation software - CST/HFSS

Familiar Python or Matlab preferred.

Desirable

Previous experience of working in a global organization.

Work experience in antenna, wireless industry, consumer electronics preferred.
