Minimum qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in analog or mixed-signal IC design.
• Experience releasing high volume, high performance analog and mixed-signal products into a production environment.
• Experience managing an analog / mixed-signal design team for SoC IP development.
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• PhD in Electrical Engineering with 10 years of experience in engineering.
• Experience designing analog and mixed signal circuits in fin field-effect transistor (FinFET) process nodes.
• Experience in managing high-speed I/O development.
• Familiarity with digital design in FinFet nodes.
• Familiarity with AMS CAD management.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan, develop, and productize highly differentiated application-specific analog and mixed-signal (AMS) integrated circuits.
• Oversee custom AMS IP development from architecture definition, modeling, schematic and/or RTL design, analog and/or digital physical design, system integration, characterization, to qualification and productization.
• Manage analog and mixed-signal IC design project scoping, planning, resourcing, and execution.
• Interface with various other teams for the successful delivery of AMS IP, such as architecture, digital design, PD, test and characterization.
