Positioning:This is a permanent position, reporting to the Manager Business Services Sanyi

Role Purpose:

Within the Business Services Team, the Accountant is responsible for Finance activities within the cluster. The role includes support of the management team of the cluster in updating and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records & asset management & Handle the local tax declaration related activities & treasury management.

At cluster level, responsibilities for the role will include but are not limited to:

• Handle full set of accounts and prepare periodical financial reports
• Responsible for daily accounting operations including payments, AR/AP, etc.
• Manage fix assets reporting including acquisition, write-off, transfer and depreciation
• Ensure the company complies with all tax regulation / tax reports and maintains effective tax compliance practices such as zero tax input / VAT declaration / e-invoice uploading to government platform
• Responsible for office petty cash, cheque and banking matters. Prepare monthly cash flow forecast report and forward contract hedging
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

About You:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in manufacturing industries
• Candidate with external auditing background or CPA/CA qualification is highly preferred
• Solid knowledge of Accounting procedures is a must. Costing, budgeting, tax experience would be a plus
• Good communication skills with strong ability in both written and spoken English
• Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills to work with internal and external stakeholders
• Flexible, detail-oriented, multi-tasking, problem solving and able to work under tight time frame
