Job Description:

This position introduces new products and services and expands business opportunities within customer accounts. This position builds and maintains substantial relationships with customers. This position prepares action plans, customized presentation, research, and analysis before a sale. This position ensures smooth implementation, account set-up, and training on UPS technology solutions after a sale.

  • Identify sales opportunities for express services.
  • Conduct sales call to obtain new business.
  • Manage and develop assigned area to fulfill individual target on volume & revenue.
  • Prepare and conduct customer activities, calls, presentations, negotiations and contracts.
  • Update CRM tools to keep track of sales activities, customer data and market intelligence.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on RFQ, pricing and handover preparations.
