【職務說明】

1. 支援辦公室行政工作。

2. 作為內部和外部客戶的聯絡窗口,協助接聽和轉接電話。

3. 郵件、文件、包裹的發送、接收和分發。

4. 處理基本的簿記工作,文件和報告的歸檔等。

6. 協助訂購辦公文具等用品和相關庫存管理。

1. Provide office administrative support.

2. Answer and direct phone calls, act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.

3. Arrange dispatch, receipt and distribution of mail, documents, packages.

4. Experience in aligning with stakeholders in different time zone. Professional level verbal and written communications skills.

5. Handling basic bookkeeping tasks. Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.

6. Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.

每週工作3天,地點:新北市板橋區遠東路1號(台北遠東通訊園區 - 捷運亞東醫院站)

【其他條件】

- 熟悉MS Office

- 具備總機行政或行政助理的工作經驗者優先考慮

- 夜校生可

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
  • In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite
  • Basic knowledge of foreign trade, logistics and purchasing
