職務說明
1. Serve as a managing partner and program manager on many contract positions.
2. Prospect and develop new partnerships; including researching, identifying and vetting prospects, managing communications and negotiations with prospective partners.
3. Develop and manage revenue-generating strategic partnerships.
4. Maintain company contact database.
5. Collaborate with engineers, project managers and test lead for partners’ technical evaluation and solution integration.
6. Define and deploy the framework for marketing program management, operations, field and sales for the partnership ecosystem.
7. Document and monitor activity with partners.
8. Develop and drive employee performance improvement and process redevelopment via individual, departmental, and organizational level metrics and operational scoreboards.
其他條件
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Information Management, or related.
2. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, Proven experience in business development and marketing is a plus.
3. Capability in technical and solution evaluation. Proven experience in software or AI/ML project development is a plus.
4. Good coordination and planning skills. Proven experience in project management and leadership is a plus.
