Your Job

What You Will Do

• Establish machine maintenance knowledge and skills for key process stations (VCP/ THP)
• Dive deep on machine maintenance historical data and establish knowledge.
• Establish preventive and predictive maintenance plan. 2.Collaborate with MIE and push for automation. 3.Daily machine issue monitoring and issue solving. 4.Push for machine efficiency improvement.
• Establish and improve equipment maintenance process, reduce scrap/ production time loss due to EQ issues.
• Review and edit maintenance SOPs and checklists.
• Review machine maintenance and repair history and optimize the maintenance plan accordingly.
• Maintain and update ISO and IATF16949 required SOP and checklists, keep tracking related KPIs

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

EDUCATION: REQUIRED: Bachelor/ Master of ME, EE, AC or related fields PREFERRED: Equipment management skills, quality tools trained WORK EXPERIENCE: REQUIRED: 2+ years of experience in Process / Equipment Engineer or related fields PREFERRED: Experienced equipment engineer SKILLS & ABILITIES: REQUIRED:

• Familiar with Minitab, SPC
• Familiar with quality tools
• Language skills
