What You Will Do In Your Role

Purpose

Promotes, design-in and sells Molex Solution.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Focus on new design win in multiple customers to meet Sales budgets.
  • This role will require the ability to interpret customer requirements and translate them into proven product and process specifications to internal teams and manufacturing plants. You will have the ability for strong communication, understanding customer requirements, project management, customer facing, and relationship building at all levels within the customer organization.
  • Collect customer/competitor/Division information.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and update the upside opportunity and downside risk with detail information
  • Maintain & increase share in targeted accounts and review new business opportunities with management regularly
  • Update and maintain high degree of accuracy in CRM on weekly basis
Scope

Revenue is varied by individual Sales, could range from 8M USD to 100M USD per year

Requirements

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, Science preferred, other disciplines would be considered if relevant experience possessed
  • 6 years’ experience for connector related business.
