We are hiring a Engineering Manager who has experiences in the following knowhow, job offering in Taichung, Taiwan

• Bicycle hubs
• Bicycle rims and wheels
• Carbon Fiber components, such as rims and wheels

What you are going to be!

Team management

Project management

Design and development one of the best components for the global cycling world. To be on of the finest design in bicycle wheels and hubs. To extend the manufacturing knowhow on further components.

How you are going to be!

International management, to be the front line on creating and designing new products across Asia and USA.

To understand the steel / alloy / carbon fiber manufacturing process and design new products before launching to production.

Making sure quality always come first. Reduce any risk and offering solutions.

Finding new methods to develop new products.

What we need from you

• Engineering Degree (Mechanical / Manufacturing)
• Creative, problem solving, and negotiation to inside and outside manufacturing processes
• Excellent in analysis, finding root cause, offering solution and continuous improvement
• Minimum of 6 years of engineering experience
• Graduated from university and above
• 2D / 3D CAD / PRO E (CREO)
• Basic of year planning, budget planning
