Job DetailsJob LocationTaiwan - Hsinchu City ,Position TypeFull TimeDescriptionJOB SUMMARYAs a director of Segment Marketing and Business Development at Silvaco, you will collaborate with product teams, other marketing members and sales teams to define marketing programs and campaigns to drive Silvaco tools adoption and growth in Silvaco target segments.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES; include but not limited to:- Work in a matrix organization with R&D, marketing, executive team, and sales to define and execute marketing campaigns to drive business growth in target market segments.
- Collaborate with product groups to develop segments TAM and target accounts and execute on business plans.
- Define, in collaboration with product teams, messaging and positioning for products in the target market segments and develop promotional content, including customer facing presentations, white papers, promotional videos, web content, workshops, webinars, press releases.
- Develop segment specific campaigns to drive lead generation and support sales revenue targets.
- Develop marketing campaigns across social media channels to drive awareness, web traffic and lead generation.
- Lead go-to-market process at Silvaco from marketing side in collaboration with sales and product teams.
- Work with product team and sales to identify industry events for target markets and coordinate companys participation.
- Conduct customer interviews to capture content for case studies and testimonials in target markets.
- BS/MSEE or related fields with 8+ years experience in technical marketing. (Semiconductor industry, EDA, semiconductor IP industry preferred)
- Knowledge of IC/semiconductor design flow and practices is a must
- Must be proficient in using Microsoft PowerPoint to create clear, uncluttered and crisp presentations.
- Working knowledge of SalesForce CRM and Pardot is a plus.
- Experience in digital marketing and creating campaigns in social media channels
- Ability to interact with management
- Excellent writing skills
- Must be able to travel domestically and international
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, time management skills
- Self-starter and strong closer with multitasking ability
- Prolonged periods of sitting.
- Prolonged periods of typing
- Clarity of vision at approximately 20 inches or less (i.e., working with small objects or reading small print), including use of computers.
- Ability to lift (up) to 15 pounds at times.
