POSITION SUMMARY:A digital strategy manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital strategy for an organization. They play a crucial role in helping the organization achieve its business goals and objectives through digital and Omni-channel

The Digital Manager is responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
  • Conducting research and analysis to identify digital marketing trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define digital marketing goals and objectives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Creating and managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, search engine marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Monitoring and analyzing the performance of digital marketing campaigns and making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Managing the organization’s online presence, including websites, social media profiles, and other digital touchpoints.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements for digital marketing activities.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners, such as advertising agencies and technology providers, to implement digital initiatives.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • University Degree or above, MBA a plus
  • Digital Marketing experience 2-5y, consulting, pharm industry experience is plus.
  • Omni or innovative projects experience
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Strong curiosity, learning agility and ownership.
  • Ability to drive, think big and out-of-box and deep dive into details and insights.
  • Excellent communicator – both oral and written in both Mandarin and English
  • Strong interpersonal, planning, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Digital Strategy and Data Analysis skill
  • Content Management: Proficiency in content strategy and creation, including writing, editing, and optimizing content for different digital platforms, is often required.
  • Social Media Management: Experience in managing social media platforms, including content creation, community engagement, and social advertising, is essential.
  • Analytics Tools: Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms is important for tracking and measuring digital performance.
