Responsibilities

• Collaborating with executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies
• Providing department leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork
• Determining key performance indicators and how to measure team performance
• Assesses the company’s from product to projects to develops new business opportunities by leveraging contacts, pursuing new product development, and improving project efficiency.
• Review economic and financial viability of the company by using management strategies, financial accounting, human resource planning, customer relations, and implementation of new technologies.
  

Experience

• 10 years of experience with Sr. management level knowledge or stategic role, able to conduct deep business research to provide stategic adviosry to GM
• Technical experience in automation, equipment, machinery will be strong asset
• Knowledge in general management practice in not limited to produciton, supply chain, sales, finance, human resource, operation.
