About Your Next Opportunity

HTC VIVE is currently seeking a talented SPM to join our PM team to work on the future of spatial computing (VR/AR) product and project management. You will support all phase of product development. Be involved in design stages of product development. Work with the cross-function teams to manage the full-cycle of products which related with VR/AR/Meta.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

For mass production

  • Investigate abnormal symptoms from return units(RMA) by conducting CFA (capture for analysis) to dig out the root cause and work out feasible solution to maintain mass production quality
  • Plan and realize 2nd source component qualification schedule
  • Assist contact center to support user to troubleshoot
  • Monitor return trend
  • Coordinator of regulatory renew task between region and vendor
  • Prepare engineering-related CSR/ISO/CSA and Annual Report

For account team wise

  • Work with regional office to explore and develop new business opportunity.
  • Interface of enterprise customers for customization tasks
  • Work with regional offices and development team on the given inquires

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Abilities)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of program/project management experience developing consumer electronics products through the entire lifecycle with cross-function teams
  • Knowledge of program and issue tracking.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of hardware development and manufacturing process
  • Ability to be a team player and creative thinker, who has experience in cross-functional groups task management.
  • Experience in account team or FAE is a plus
