Job DescriptionLocation: Taiwan (Taoyuan)Role OverviewFortinet is looking for a Traffic/Shipping Coordinator to improve shipment management in our Taoyuan warehouse.Responsibilities

• Fulfill daily shipment accurately in time.
• Revise, upload and archive daily shipping documents.
• Print shipping label, pack shipment in pallets.
• Communicate and work with production team and 3rd party agent.

Requirements

• Willing to work overtime if necessary.
• Must be detail-oriented and pay close attention to accuracy.
• Ability to properly handle confidential information and records.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work under time pressure.
• Satisfy customer’s requirement in terms of shipping instruction.
• Basic level in English preferred.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
