1. Lead the alignment w/ brand team for NPD & National campaign of BTL strategy: for category growth and sales achievement by channel.

1) Support team to work out KA plan and further communicate with customers.

2) Idea initiatives to maximize the visibility and strategy of sustaining.

3) Promotion discussion: to support TMK head in carrying out BTL program, and working with cross team to ensure all activities are aligned with TMK/ brand &channel strategy as well as complying with PAC principle and fit with market trend.

4) Own channel/KA promotion calendar to align w/ S&M and win in best execution of activation and sales achievement.

2. Own the central resources & budget and lead shopper marketing in trade to drive category growth. Also co-op with field/ sales team to win in trade execution.

3. Activation development: To ensure communication with internal cross function for preparation of activation and with external agency management for quality delivery.

4. To lead shopper marketing strategy and implementation to trade.

BTL Program Development/Execution/ CPS control

• Solid knowledge of category management, shopper marketing and sales principles.

• Support TMK head and lead team to own category promotion calendar and weekly meeting with brand/customer team to confirm details of activation.

• Shopper POSM/Toolkits: In-store test & execution, also work with shopper agency, to keep creativity in trade.

• Proceed & communicate w/ venders each POSM /toolkits with leadtime control, production and delivery to trade for execution.

Analysis & Research

• To analyze the category competitiveness and insights in market and provide w/ strategic thoughts of BTL.

• Explore findings from projects/insights for business improvements.

Trade Management/Communication

• Co-work with POSM/ toolkits venders to be the innovators in trade.

• Monitor POS, merchandising materials and logistic plans/progress that are required to support assigned promotions, marketing activities.

• Customized toolkits development to gain extra visibility if necessary.

System Maintenance & Approval

• POSM approval

• Expenses management in system

 Qualification Requirements:

Professional skills / Competence/ abilities required

• Excellent presentation skills, written & speaking fluent in English.

• Solid knowledge and understanding of shopper marketing.

• Communication and integration for complex managing with cross function team.

• Good for office application.

 Related job experience requirement (if external hiring from market), min. academic qualifications/ language ability

• College graduate or above, major in marketing is preferred.
