Job Description

Supervise brewing production from start to finish

Ensure Safety agenda is implemented in Brewing department, while managing the entire process.Coordinate beer movements throughout the brewery; Ensure beer remains high-quality

The aim is to reach the planned quantities and production quality, and improve the key performance indicators, according to the company policy and strategy and the continuous improvement methodology.Continually improve production processes and the quality of beer

Adopt a philosophy of continual improvement; constantly look for ways to brew beer more efficiently and increase the quality of the finished product; troubleshoot any problems that occur in the brewing process.Enforce occupational health and safety standards

Ensure compliance with the applicable external and internal legal requirements. Build, develop and guide high performance of the department.

The Successful Applicant

  • Over 4+ years in Food Production, exp. with TPM / Lean / 6 Sigma is a plus
  • Over 2+ years in Team Leadership (you will lead 10 operators in this role)
  • Good to Great level in English oral
