Job description

We are looking for a Technical Writer who will be responsible for producing detailed user guides and technical videos for several product lines.

The candidate should have good verbal and written communication skills, familiar with the Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, and Illustrator, and confidently present in front of the camera, effectively delivering content while maintaining a strong on-screen presence.

Being highly self-motivated and capable of working semi-independently in a timely manner. Knowledge of HTML and/or Wikitext/Wiki page management, and experiences of video collaboration would be a plus.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
• Knowledge and experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign and Illustrator).
• Knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Skilled in HTML, Wikitext/Wiki page management will be a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Highly motivated and high level of initiative; inspires confidence to work independently.
• Ability to build relationships and work across a multiproduct-line organization.
• Ability to multitask and utilize resources to execute tasks within a deadline-oriented environment.
• Confidently present in front of the camera.
• Having a technical background will be a plus.
• Having video related experience will be a plus.
