Supply Planner (7-month contractor)

Job Description

• Drive supply planning based on reasonable inventory level, M-1 / M-2 forecast.
• Weekly changes in Supply plans basis the rolling demand changes.
• Supply plan alignment with mill, any risk to deliver supply plan & mitigation, Review capacity vs Demand.
• Day wise schedule alignment with Mills ( Mill to own daily scheduling)
• Publish stock availability vs forecast, OOS and key risks items to DP for visibility and action.
• Inter company deployment and PO creation, Coordinate with logistics for prioritisation.
• Supply Review & DIO Council.
• Inventory- Plan vs actual variance analysis and action planning, improvement opportunities.
• Align & operate basis the SLA agreed with source.
• Own and drive improvement initiatives for supply planning master data, frozen horizon, lead time, Safety stock norms etc.
• RCP- Capacity data ownership.
• SAP maintaince for supply planning.

[Qualification]

• 2 years of planning experience mainly on demand planning or supply planning.
• Bachelor degree and above.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, problem solving, strong communication, presentation skills.
• S&OP process experience.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English.
• Computer literate : SAP/Outlook/Word/Excel.
