Job Summary

NZXT is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee our overall movement of materials.

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for developing and monitoring our inventory strategies, lead time, and contractual planning processes to maximize efficiency and productivity. They will also be responsible for buying and planning parts, maintaining an accurate forecast with suppliers, NPI planning, and safety stock management to ensure price and stock availability to support business needs. This role will require daily decision making to keep up with the fast-growing pace of NZXT.

Responsibilities

• Develop and foster strong relationships with key vendors and contractors
• Resolve production concerns & issues with contractors
• Forecast analysis, aged inventory, and cost control
• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics operations such as transportation, and supply chain processes
• Develop and implement strategies to secure consistent supply of materials to meet NZXT’s objectives, identifying gaps and developing solutions to meet the rapidly changing demands of the company
• Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues
• Maintain supply chain inventory and records
• Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
• Authorize purchase orders, negotiate prices, and approve payments to support the procurement process
• Optimize inventory via a partnership with manufacturing/planning/materials/vendors
• Work closely with all partners of the supply chain to manage the supply chain schedule and ensure targeted stocking levels are maintained on a consistent basis
• Own the communication of delivery dates to other departments concerned
• Analyze current inventories and procedures; suggest improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company
• Monitor the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements; identify and qualify new suppliers in collaboration with other departments
• Align the process and procedures with all NZXT sites.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in demand and/or supply planning
• Previous experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar field
• Thorough understanding of supply chain processes
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers.
