Job Overview

Provide excellence in statistical support to improve process understanding, quality, and compliance of the products, efficiency and capability of the processes and profitability of the organization.

Main Responsibilities

  • To play vital role in the development of analyses plans and in performing protocol development
  • Provide expert statistical input and review of statistical and data management deliverables
  • Contribute to the process of development and devices, ensuring cost effectiveness and high quality
  • Manage and oversee complex process development, manufacturing and quality studies
  • Analyze data to ascertain viable and actionable statistical trends
  • Present findings and make actionable recommendations (written and verbal) horizontally and vertically within and across departments.
  • Develop predictive models
  • Link customer requirements back into statistical analysis within the business
  • Make sure that any recommendations are verified through statistical analysis
  • Collaborate and drive cross-functional initiatives and communications.
  • Provide statistical expertise and training to wider company audience

Skills and Qualification

  • At least Master degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or related subject.
  • At least 1~3 years related work experience in a statistical analysis role
  • Proven experience of applied statistics is a must, e.g. in the field of DoEs and multivariate data analysis
  • Experience in the following software is a plus: Minitab, JMP, R , Excel VBA etc.
  • Working knowledge of applying statistical tools, processes and programs
