To be a successful Sr. Talent Acquisition specialist/team lead, requires below job descriptions.
- Performs full-cycle professional level work in talent acquisition including needs analysis, sourcing, cold calls, pre-screening, interviewing, building pipelines, coordinating, engaging and on-boarding the hires as to execute full candidate journey. May exercise technical supervision over lower-level support with professional staff.
- Demonstrates full range of talent acquisition tools and related to employment practice, recruitment strategy and human resources administration.
- Accountable for Taiwan region’s hiring activities and demonstrate ability to resolve multi-matrix range of problems associated with local and international hiring team
- Familiar with market BKMs and benchmarking methodologies and practices to drive the team to reach target outcome.
Responsibilities
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various on-line or off-line sourcing channels. Able to build influential candidate relationships during the selection process while growing a strong talent pipeline.
- Stay up-to-date of Semiconductor talent market trends. Able to provide Talent Market insight to hiring manager to make better-informed recruitment decisions with a wealth of data.
- Monitor recruitment progress/hiring quality and identify potential issues by generating and analyzing reports and KPIs for hiring team calibration
- Project/program management with prioritization and strategy planning: Sustain the ability to independently prioritize work, attentive to detail and provide supervision and assistance to coordinate the work. Able to plan and manage, negotiate and meet deadlines, define and measure the results. Also, having the ability to gather, analyze and organize from complex information, conduct comparative analyses to make recommendations to Business management team.
- Communication as vital characteristic with multiple levels and rounded perspectives: Capable to write, speak and listen as showing the effective public speaking and presentation skills. Conduct all critical dimensions of staffing vision and practice with solid data organization to interact with management team.
- Teamwork while encouraging with leadership: Lead, motivate and create effective work group leadership by encouraging and supporting both TA team and hiring team to successfully deliver results in hiring goals. Effectively handle conflicts and dilemma and exhibits creativity in problem solving. Able to identify the service needs of a diverse group of both internal/external customers with fast responses.
- People analytic and workforce insights: Perfection in using people-data in analytical process to solve business problems. Include the talent management operation tracking data. Enabled by technology and use either descriptive, visual and statistical methods to interpret, improve and drive business values.
- Talent Prospect mindset: Capable to work with brand team and global TA team for recruitment campaign to attract and retain the talents in short or mid/long term as planning. Understand how to create network and channels to extend the talent pool by working with diverse groups and resources.
Preferred Experiences
- MS. education background, above 7+ years of professional experiences in recruitment/Talent acquisition in global team environment with fast and dynamic industry.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and quality performance.
- Excellent in data analytic and data talk skills
- Experiences in high-tech/semi-conductor industry with up-to-date talent market acumen.
- Experiences of fulfilling 150-200 requisitions in a year
- Campus talk and employer branding projects experience
