You will play an active role in identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing and conducting analyses, synthesizing conclusions into recommendations, and helping to implement change.

Design operating and production systems; to drive and support implementation of lean improvement activities on the shop floor and along the value stream; to improve the energy efficiency of manufacturing operations; to build and enhance quality systems; to build lean manufacturing capabilities in client organizations; and to optimize global networks of manufacturing facilities.

This role will be responsible for increasing productivity through the management of workers, methods of business organization, and technology to solve organizational, production, and related problems efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Review result during protyping and trial runs and give feedback to NPI and sales team.
• Work measurement programs and samples to develop standards for labor utilization.
• Checking of work manpower utilization, facility layout, and operational data, such as production costs, process flow charts, and production schedules, to find out efficient utilization of workers and equipment.
• Recommend methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities, such as restructuring job duties, reorganizing work flow, relocation work stations and equipment, and purchase of equipment.
• May develop management systems for cost checking, financial planning, wage and salary administration, and job evaluation.
• Design or improve systems for the physical distribution of goods and services, as well as finding out of the most efficient plant locations.
  

Experience

• 2 years and above of relevant experience
• Ability to interface and communicate with different levels of the organization, and the customers
• Well organized & disciplined, good attention to detail, sets priorities and manages time effectively
• Accurate, data-driven, logical, and analytical
• Being part of a highly developed operation
