Sr. Hardware Product Manager

Responsibilities

- Excellent communication skills to understand the product/service features, to organize and summarize the product information, to convey the key points to target market

- Well understand market and target customer’s demands/usage scenario to put together a new product/solution planning proposal including HW and SW aspects.

- To work with cross-functional team, include but not limited to…

o Regional Sales & Marketing team

o Supply Base/Chain Management team

o Product Development team

o R&D team

o Product Marketing team

- Propose global product plan/roadmap to company executives, and to meet business objectives and financial targets.

- Draft RFP/RFQ with detailed feature lists and technical spec

- Market survey and data collection to find (new) business opportunities.

Qualifications

- 5 years above experience in Product Management/Product Planning role.

- Ability to co-work cross team to understand and solve development issues.

- Experienced in ARM based (Linux/Android) product planning, such as Interactive Flat Panels, Smart TVs, Mobiles devices, Tablets…etc.

- Experienced in Pro AV product planning with system integration experience is a plus.

- With vertical market experience in Education, Corporate, or Smart Retail is also a plus.

- Must be able to speak and write fluent Chinese and English.

- Creative, passionate, and self-motivated.

- Good communication skills and teamwork abilities.

- Proven product management/planning experience in international companies.

- Proven experience working with cross-region sales & marketing team.

- Able to work under pressure.
