What To Expect
Tesla sets the bar for what a trustworthy & resilient charging network can be. The Charging Operations team ensures that Tesla continues to deliver the best possible charging customer experience through proactive engagement with internal and external business partners and ensures the continued growth of the global charging network.

This role provides Asia Pacific wide support across all our charging technologies, including Supercharging, Destination and Home charging solutions.

This team is growing quickly, as we scale to meet the growing demands of EV customers across the Asia Pacific. Due to this, we require an individual who can help to prioritise operational improvements with a mind to commercial targets and market specific realities across multiple countries in the region.

What You’ll Do
  • Owner of Operational project milestones for critical system controls, from planning to completion
  • Ensure telemetry data from internal systems displays correctly for customers across Vehicle, Mobile App and Web based platforms
  • Maintain and develop centralised and standardised operational solutions across the Asia Pacific countries in which we operate including for vendor onboarding, bill payments, lease management, utility and partner account management
  • Educate Charging Deployment and Project Development teams on potential process improvements if errors are found on site post deployment
  • Serve as the charging business partner for internal cross-functional teams as required
  • Continuously seek and drive efficiency improvements within our internal systems
  • Ability to identify and communicate problems, solutions, and opportunities clearly across multiple stakeholders
  • Identify best practice across multiple markets and standardise

What You’ll Bring
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • 8+ years of experience in operations, program or project management or a similar role
  • Experience coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders across APAC region
  • Ability to efficiently prioritise and manage multiple projects, with an eye for detail
  • Superb communication skills
  • Ability to anticipate operational challenges as they arise and take the initiative to solve as required
  • Highly energetic personality, with a flexible attitude towards critical tasks
  • Previous experience in a B2B customer facing role is beneficial
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Experience with strategic process development and continuous process improvement
  • Additional language skills highly desirable
