What You Will Do In Your Role

Primary Purpose

As a Recruiter at KOCH, you will work with the talent acquisition team that provide end-to-end recruiting services to customers. In this role, you will be responsible for the full cycle recruiting for Koch business. You will collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners across Koch to fully understand talent needs. The ideal individual will have a high sense of urgency, handle multiple competing priorities and the ability to develop authentic relationships. Lastly, you will be passionate about identifying the right talent that aligns with our company culture to help drive transformation in our respective businesses.

Duties & Responsibilities

Personally to do talent scout, to play a role of strong influencer and process controller in talent acquisition, while with the capability to do professional approach, competency based interview. And refer qualified candidates to hiring departments for interviews.

Maintains timely communication with applicants by phone, written correspondence, and personal contact from the initial contact through the interview process and upon hire/orientation or no offer.

Develop recruiting strategy for hiring departments and assist hiring supervisors with understanding the best practices and constraints of the recruiting process. Also develop rapport and trusting relationship with hiring supervisors

Partner with peer recruiters and agencies to drive talent market intelligence and talent landscape. Proactively build talent pipeline to ensure a timely and quality new hires to support business growth.

Facilitate the external talent sourcing strategy and talent pipelines for ongoing engagement with a long-term view.

Work on a validated managed pipeline of external candidates including early career program. And actively promote the KOCH branding and share with TA or Marketing team

Provide reporting and recruitment data analytics to ensure decisions are data driven and supported

Creates, prepares, and distributes all announcement fliers and job posting opportunities in various systems.

Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Scope

In this role, you will assist in driving best practice across the recruitment lifecycle and strive to be an ambassador for the KOCH brand at every interaction.

Education

Requirements:

Required

Bachelor’s degree of Human Resource Management or related field of study.

Preferred

None

Required

WORK EXPERIENCE:

3+ years of prior experience in end-to-end recruitment within the staffing industry or Corporate HR.

Preferred

5+ years’ recruiting experience in both inhouse and recruitment agencies, with passive candidate sourcing experience in high-tech industry will be a plus, preferably with a global organization

SKILLS & ABILITIES:
  • Familiar with recruitment and campus recruiting activities
  • Good communication skill in English and Chinese
  • Prior experience conducting behavioral based interviews for a variety of roles.
  • Successful experience managing multiple searches, and stakeholders, at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle at the same time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good cross-department coordination capability
  • Fast learner, good analytical skill, customer oriented, result driven and committed to set goals
Preferred
  • Prior experience in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (like LinkedIn, Talemetry, FB, Monster, etc.) to pipeline, track and network with talents
  • Ability to give presentations to clients ranging in group size of one to fifty (1-50).
