• Leads 20+ RD team for international SaaS platform and IoT solution, focus on team management, software product development and new design innovation.
• Build up creative, innovative and SCRUM RD team culture.
• Focus on product reliability, efficiency and stability also delivery high quality product and service.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• 10+ years software development experience in high-tech or software industry, IoT experience is plus.
• Good in system design, software architecture and infrastructure.
• Well knows cloud service includes AWS, GCP or Azure, also know SCRUM and CICD pipeline.
• Willing to lead and mentor the team, cares people management and team development.
