As a Social Media Specialist on the global team in ViewSonic headquarters, you will be expected to plan, optimize, and implement various Social Media platform management. You will be working closely with the creative team, as well as different product verticals to develop social contents and strategies. The responsibilities include following the social team’s processes and ensuring output is completed on schedule, managing daily content posting on social platforms and providing support to our subsidiaries in Europe, APAC, and North America. This is a great opportunity for the candidate to build a global perspective, work with a dynamic multinational team and expand their social marketing skillset. The successful candidate will:

[Social Media Management]

Manage team’s various functional calendars and demonstrate a solid understanding of social across all social media channels with a primary focus on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

[Creative Social Content Contribution]

Creating and administering content according to global trends relevant to campaign objectives and messaging, along with social activities that can contribute to social KPIs across all social platforms.

[Global Social Support and Account Management]

Provide social media account and asset support to ViewSonic’s 35+ subsidiaries in Europe, APAC and North America, meanwhile, work as a gate keeper of regional social accounts.

[Social Media Marketing & Martech Knowledge]

Be familiar with different kinds of Social Media Management solutions (publishing, management, and analytics), online listening tools, and Google Analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media calendar for ViewSonic platforms, and co-work with regional & local offices for implementation, including the management of outsource agency activities
  • Plan content calendar and work with the creative team to create engaging content that resonates with our audience
  • Design and implement social media strategies to align with our brand’s goals. Communicate messages with a unique tone/persona that maintains brand awareness and online reputation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and various teams to ensure maximum cross-channel efficiencies
  • Day-to-day content posting, and campaign support on relevant channels if needed
  • Continuously analyze and track the social data/metrics, insights, and best practices
  • Support regional & local teams with social related issues and provide adequate advice/insights/solutions
  • Identify new opportunities, test, learn and maximize performance
  • Implement new and updated platform features, functions, and best practices across all social channels

Must-have skill set:

  • A high degree of numeracy and literacy
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented
