Performs technical, mainly pre-defined tasks for accomplishing defined service delivery work for customer equipment.

• Performs mainly pre-defined, technical tasks (for example, basic commissioning of products and systems, integration of components to a system, basic engineering, maintenance jobs) and work packages on-site and remotely.
• Supports customer remotely and onsite, and provides 2nd and 3rd level user support in case of arising issues.
• Coordinates and accomplishes defined service operations and/or resolves product issues for customers equipment.
• Adheres to defined processes and applicable regulations.
• Stops, LOTO, and Starts Siemens Wind Turbine Generators
• Competent Person in performing scheduled service (500-Hrs, Annual, etc.) procedure without supervision
• May perform unscheduled maintenance, defective parts removal and replacement or participate in warranty campaigns as Lead Tech if
• utilizing documented Work Instructions and Approved Work Procedures and
• authorized by Site Lead/Supervisor for Work Instructions with rating of 2, 3 or 4.
• Provide On Job Training to trainees in performing service
• Lead small teams; accountable for the safety, competency and productivity of trainees & contractors assigned to them
• May act as Appointed Person or Appointed Person Trainer to sign off on the development of individuals
• May assist in large component replacements, retrofit, troubleshooting tasks and other special assignments with supervision
• Keep records, maintain documentation, follow safety procedures and report technical, safety issues and difficulties to the relevant individuals on site/back office
• Participate in on call arrangements (flexibility is important)
• Participate in all off the job technical and safety training required by company policy
• Be part of an offshore team in rotation 7/7 days
