Server Production Planner

We are looking for a Server Production Plannerbased in NVIDIA Taiwan, Hsinchu Office to support data center server business growth in ASIA. As a part of the Operations team, Server production planner will be responsible for server products’ build plan, RMA rework and replacement plan. In this role, you will manage contract manufacturing suppliers, own supply commitment to meet customer schedule requirement and achieve revenue target. You also own RMA material return, refurbish arrangement and RMA replacement commitments to meet customer RMA requirements. Your successful ability to partner with contract manufacturing suppliers and the other function teams on supply commitment will directly impact our product success.What You’ll Be Doing

• Own CEM supply commitment for server products that the rest of NVIDIA will rely on to make customer revenue commitments and service commitment, create visibility on server products’ supply plan.
• Manage server products shipments per Demand Planning, the Business Units and service team’s shipment signal and allocation.
• When there are capacity, material, and production issues that will prevent satisfying all demand, coordinate with Demand Planning, the Business Units and US planning to determine tradeoff options and work with CEM to craft the efficient recovery plan.
• When there are quality issues, work with corresponding function teams on inventory quarantine, rework execution, shipment recovery.
• When there are RMA returns, arrange with CEM on detail RMA return, replacement and rework, and then ship replacement/refurbed units to RMA locations to fulfill RMA demand.
• Execute demand trade-offs and cancellations, work with CEM to reduce material excess to minimize material liability.

Our team will provide suggestions to the management team of NVIDIA and its subcontractors on how to pursue a higher performance level on our Key Performance Index: supply commitment hit rate, supply commitment stability, RMA recovery cycle time, and production plan efficiency.

What We Need To See

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or relevant areas or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of working experience in server planning field.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, organizational, and quantitative skills. Proven track record to automate and improve processes and inspire changes cross-functionally to get the results.
• Proficiency in business software applications such as Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP. Excellent analytical skills and hands-on with excel to analyze and manipulate data - formulas, pivot tables. Ability to write excels macros is a plus.
• Language: Excellent English skills on reading, writing, speaking, and listening
• Personality: highly organized, detailed orientated, a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership

• ERP SAP experience and advanced Excel macro skills are plus.
