Client Services and Operations Specialist

The Client Services and Operations Team is responsible for building and maintaining deep partnerships with clients, brands and businesses that spend on advertising with Verizon Media. This role is key in supporting our Sales force by managing the day-to-day processes involved in launching, maintaining and optimizing advertising campaigns.

We are looking for an experienced candidate who can bring his or her business skills to assist the Sales force in the Taiwan Market to maintain and grow revenue.

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide Search, Native, and Display ad support to Sales and Client, ranging from IO creation, campaign set up, troubleshooting, billing inquiries etc.
• Coordinate campaign setup and billings with other internal entities such as Ad Creative Tech, Legal, Billing, and Collections
• Monitor the health of clients’ campaigns. Optimise to improve campaign performance whenever possible.
• Provide troubleshooting assistance for operations-related issues
• Learn and grow in the dynamic industry of digital advertising
  

What Will You Need

• BS/BA from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English. Proficiency in English will be highly preferred.
• System Savvy. Exceptional computer skills including knowledge of G-docs and Mac.
• Extreme attention to details, strong organizational skills, and desire to exceed client expectations
• Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment
• Manage multiple projects, and tight deadlines
• Ability to prioritize across short term and long term goals
• Strong analytical skills & entrepreneurial attitude
