Senior Manager, Business Intelligence & Channel Strategy
Purpose of the Job:
This position is to consolidate customer understanding, consumer behavior knowledge, business insight and competitor intelligence to optimize trade & channel strategies & promotion, while collaborate well across commercial, marketing and Merchant / Demand & Allocation with develop creative ideas to beat the corporate goal.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Business & corporate profit Building:
- Become the knowledge champion of market/ channel/ customer/ consume/ category. While understand market share dynamics and competition expertise.
- Initiate GO-To-Market reinvention.
- Determine what it takes to grow the business & SPM%, and deliver winning in-store, channel and strategic customer approach and excellence.
- Demonstrate creativity & innovation and develop creative ideas to transform customer / channel needs into new solutions.
- Have periodical meeting with strategic customers and internal key stakeholders to ensure commercial strategies are on-track and deliver guidance across channel / functions and even strategic customers.
- Lead the trade plans development and execution including dilution spending optimization for tactically boosting up retail KPI, deliver efficient promotion plans, strategic co-op with offline and online strategic customers.
Organization building:
- Enable the team with qualified capabilities and change mindset.
- Collaborate with cross functions to ensure all task / projects will be down to earth and achieved corporate expectation.
Your ideal profile:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- +8 years’ experience on Sales operation and trade marketing.
- Leadership experience with strong influence power
- Powerful consumer insight transfer to commercial plans
- Retail / Apparel / Cosmetic / FMCG industry experience is a plus
