Location:Miao-li, Taiwan

Responsibilities:

• Determining cost of operations by collecting financial and operational data for analysis and providing feedback on monthly financial results and key performance measures.
• Preparing management reports against forecast and budget for the cluster, sub-regional and global team to review.
• Supporting FP&A team, plant managers and other relevant stakeholders by analysing results in all components (revenue and costs); monitoring variances and identifying trends; and following up end-to-end Capex process (including financial justification calculation and post investment review).
• Supporting Operations and Supply Chain in improving inventory management and ensuring database are timely updated with regular integrity checks
• Increases productivity by developing automated accounting applications and coordinating information requirements to perform comparative analyses
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines with professional qualification
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in accounting and finance
• Expert in costing, budgeting and manufacturing analysis
• Strong in data consolidation with high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Good communication skills with strong ability in both written and spoken English
• Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills to work with internal and external stakeholders
• Flexible, detail-minded, multi-tasking and able to work under tight time frame
• With experience in SAP CO and Power BI would be an advantage
