Job Summary

The AMI (Allergan Medical Institute) Sr Clinical Specialist is responsible for facial aesthetic educational program to advance the knowledge and skill set of health care providers (HCPs) using Allergan products.

The AMI Sr Clinical Specialist is responsible for customer engagement. Collaborate with sales team to maintain strong relationship with KOLs and develop AMI faculty.

The AMI Sr Clinical Specialist is responsible for medical education and cross functional team support. Aiming to deliver high-quality medical education with impact to customer and most importantly support trainer development. Also cooperate with marketing department in new launch and project.

This role will need strong presentation and communication skill and have to work closely with cross functional team/sales team to achieve AMI mission

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: DESCRIBE SCOPE: % of Time or Importance

In-Clinic Education

• Perform both external and internal trainings regard to product differentiations, injection techniques, scientific literatures update, facial assessments, facial anatomy and consultation skill.
• Support , consultant training and physician hands-on practice in clinic education

Customer Engagement

• Develop and maintain strong professional relationship with KOLs and exchange unbiased scientific information between KOLs and company
• Provide high-quality, accurate, balanced, and directed information to key customers in response to unsolicited requests for information
• Collaborate with sales team to develop key customers/KOLs/AMI faculty

Medical Education Support

• Management of training event, third party society congress and Allergan Aesthetics initiated symposium/ workshop/ lecture
• Communicate with speakers to deliver correct information and message to the audiences
• Conduct trainer development program to meet our trainer’s needs for their
  

continuous up-skilling and new learnings

• Support to creating innovative educational materials

Cross Functional Team Support

• Leverage and consolidate centrally approved scientific and clinical content for promotional material
• Work closely with marketing department, support new launch and marketing initiatives

Qualifications

JOB QUALIFICATIONS (MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS):

Education And Experience

• Education - Bachelor or Master degree in medicine, pharmacy, nurse and life science
• Experience in pharmaceutical & device industry, and /or field related to training
• Strong scientific and pharmaceutical knowledge, clinical trial experience is an asset
• Comfortable discussing scientific data and clinical techniques with senior clinicians and colleagues
  

Essential Skills, Experience, And Competencies (includes Licenses, Credentials)

• Good scientific and clinical skills to present scientific data, and good communication skills
• Ability in analyzing scientific literatures
• Knowledge in human anatomy and performing clinical facilitation
• Performance-driven and strong team-work ability
• Fluent in English
• Willing to travel (within country or overseas)
