JR25927 Senior ASIC reliability engineer

Familiar with BIB design, manufacturing lead time control. Plan and manage qual run samples, in-house or 3rd party resource. ESD/Lu and

FIT, MTTF calculation, reporting. Conduct HTOL/ELFR and 3TQV for Micron ASIC qualification. Good communication skill with cross department, cross nation, and fluent English is required.
