Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the Sales growth to meet the company sales and operational profit targets.
• Develop and implement the sales strategy with alignment to the company business for driving the sales growth.
• Explore new clients and support new business development.
• Implement and update the standard price list. Define discount policy for sales team.
• Manage the sales team staff that can implement sales processes effectively.
• Cooperate closely with the internal departments concerned for testing and customer service team for better services, sales issues and clients complaints.
  

Experience

• Strong leadership and extensive management skills, team builder.(20+ teams is must )
• Strong collaborator, team results oriented.
• Good selling and presentation skills as well as communication and organization;
• Proactive and flexible; willingness to travel extensively.
• Able to develop short-term tactics and long-term strategies for sustainable business growth.
