Key Responsibilities

Manage install base and grow market share to meet company business objectives

Create and align the business strategy with HQ, execute the aligned plan base on milestone, and make escalation when needed

Good analytical and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain customer(s)

Good English skill to liaise and follow up with US manufacturing to capture the customer design requirements and win the customer trust

Communicate with Headquarter, customer and vendor on related matters

Any ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the management

Job Specification

≥ 5 years of semiconductor industry sales or marketing experience. Wafer test or metrology product related experience are preferred

Bachelor / Master Degree in Business or Engineering

Required language(s): English, Mandarin (in order to understand and coordinate with English and Mandarin speaking Headquarter, customers and vendors in regards with the probe card issues and other probe card related matters.)

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point for report generation and presentation
