• Coordinate and implement safety programs according to Corp. & plant objectives, local regulation and customer safety requirements.
• Develops and implements environmental programs in accordance with governmental requirements. (include environmental system declaration)
• Monitors environmental pollution prevention activities, compliance and auditing.
• Communicate and work with Corp. SHE and local colleagues on programs implementation or project support.
• Implement safety program or activity to enhance safety performance and promote safety culture.
• Ensure facility operations and procedures are in accordance with applicable laws and Corp. standard.
• Identify and control potential hazards by risk assessment and management of change (MOC).
• Assist in identification, analysis and control of occupational safety and health hazards.
• Conduct contractor management for safety enhancement and enforcement.
• Oversight the working area and deliver safety inspection report.
• Work in compliance with ISO 45001/ ISO14001 standards and practices.
• Initiate and implement SHE training programs for all personnel.
• Assist incident investigation to find out the root cause to prevent repeat issue.
• Host or participate regional safety meeting (need use English)
  

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety and health, environment engineering or regarding to EHS.
• Minimum of 3+ years of work experience in EHS.
• Proficient in local safety management, workplace safety regulation.
