Purpose of this Position

  • To develop and manage the overall sales to ensure financial targets are met in terms of orders, revenue and expense
  • To provide professional support service to our customers
  • To provide a challenging environment for the growth, development and advancement of our sales personnel whilst making a strong contribution to the requirements of company

Major Areas of Responsibility

  • Establish and implement strategy to meet its Sales and Market Share forecast. The Sales team must be managed to deliver short terms result in achieving sales quota while capitalizing on the long term opportunities
  • Key Account Management|Have good understanding of Key Accounts organizational structure, business plan and long term strategies in order to provide them with added product value and gain market share through this relationship. Keep a good partnership with key accounts
  • Channel Management|Develop and implement Channel business strategy and achieve business goals with Channel partners. Become an expert of channel management, channel sales and territory management through systematic, efficient with implementation approach
  • Sales Systems & Process|To develop and establish an integrated system and process that can simplify internal decision making, deliver superior value to customers, and protect company’s assets. Manage sales processes according to SME model, and cultivate SME model into culture of sales team
  • Customer Satisfaction|Achieve customer satisfaction target in the responsible territory
  • Business Relationships|To cultivate and cement excellent relations with various government officials and business leaders in the country the business is operating to enhance our presence & growth.
  • Relationship with Headquarter|Maintain an open and solid working relationship with Headquarter, including SBU and shared platforms.

Minimum Job Requirements

  • 8+ years direct sales and Key Account development and management experience
  • 8+ years channel management experience
  • 5 to 8 years experience of sales experience in Industrial Automation market
  • Able to communicate well with senior executives of channel partners and major customers
  • Engineering bachelor degree, electronics engineering is preferred
  • Native speaking language and fluent in English, Mandarin is a plus
