Job Description

• Navigate local legal and regulatory landscapes to ensure the business’s compensation and benefits programs adhere to tax, social security, and labor laws across various countries.
• Partner with external advisors and vendors to execute compensation and benefits programs globally, overseeing seamless administration with precision.
• Translate compensation and benefits metrics, trends, and costs into actionable insights for senior management and important stakeholders across Taiwan and other regions.
• Oversee internal HR work flows, policies, and databases, while being the point of contact for employee inquiries.
• Report directly to Director of C&B and Business partner with BUs.
  

The Successful Applicant

• Minimal 8 years of experience in C&B. experienced with bonus design, incentive plans map out, and benefits administration from HQ or coverage of multiple regions in current or past roles is highly preferred.
• Think outside the box, not just an executor, but solution thinker.
• People person, active, and engaging.
• Leadership coverage is plus.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Knowledge of HRIS.
