• RD Engineer for semiconductor analysis/simulation tool.
• This tool is applied to 3D IC, FinFET and stacked-die architectures, bring out design challenges related to power and reliability, affecting design closure.
• Open to fresh graduates, young talents and senior talents
• Familiar with C/C++
• Plus: Electromigration or thermal experience
• Plus: 3D IC, Analog Design, Physical Design, SI/PI, EDA experience

• Diagnose and fix code problems.
• Produce and optimise code that meets requirements on schedule.
• Create unit, regression and/or system-level tests to thoroughly validate new features or changes.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field
• Familiar with C or C++
• Familiar with working in Linux operating system
• Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and debugging
• Solid understanding of electronic design at gate level and/or transistor level
