As a PCRB Engineer, it is essential to comprehend the conversion business flow. By your management, there are corresponding risk management strategies for different changes, ensuring that all changes stay in sync with regulations and are well-monitored. Additionally, the change management System is a crucial component. Employing a good system to manage each change can make the change more effective and efficient in its conversion.

Your qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or above and semiconductor-related work experience, which are both valuable assets. Furthermore, independent thinking, fluent English, and good team communication skills are essential skills for a PCRB engineer. Proficiency in basic automation tools such as Excel, Tableau, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and Python is also necessary. These tools can help PCRB engineer complete tasks more quickly and improve work efficient

Responsibilities And Tasks

• FAB conversion cases handle and maintenance.
• Ensuring that all changes stay in sync with regulations and are well-monitored.
• Conversion related system maintenance and improvement.
• Handle conversion related project and presentation.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Semiconductor-related work experience
• Independent thinking ability
• Communication : Fluent English, good team co-work communication
• Basic automation : excel, tableau, RPA(Robotic Process Automation), python, or other related
• Abnormal analysis and improvement.
