Position Summary

A world leader in gases, technologies and services for Industry and Health. Air Liquide serves more than 3.8 million customers and patients. Oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen are essential small molecules for life, matter and energy. They embody Air Liquide’s scientific territory and have been at the core of the company’s activities since its creation in 1902.

Due to our significant growth, we’re now looking for a Project Procurement Manager, APAC based in Taiwan.

Responsibilities

You will be working closely with Project Leads in defining the procurement strategy and secure the availability, reliability, and quality of goods and services for projects by leveraging the procurement community and resources.

• Proactively capture business needs, in order to ensure early procurement involvement and optimize added value for the project.
• Ensure sufficient procurement resources are mobilized and coordinate between all procurement resources, in order to ensure compliance to the project objectives and the project procurement strategy.
• Analyze the market trend and identify the cost improvement opportunity.

Working Experience & Technical Abilities

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or relevant field.
• More than 8 years of experience in handling big and complex Capex and Opex procurement activities. EPC procurement experience is required.
• Good proficiency in both Mandarin and English
• Strong contracting skills and able to negotiate key terms
